How can DLS help during COVID-19?

Many of our customers have been asking very similar questions lately.

Of course COVID-19 impacts us all differently, but when it comes to loans, we’re seeing alot of similarities in need for information.

Brooke wanted to sit down and address the core questions people are having, to put some minds at rest, and to give others the information they need to make some very real and serious decisions.

Hi guys,

Brooke here from Diverse Lending Solutions.

We hope your all well and staying as safe and sane amidst the craziness that is COVID-19.

We wanted to put together some small videos to answer some questions that people are emailing and phone about, and try and explain how things are working, what’s changing, what’s staying the same in this current economic situation.

Firstly, we just wanted to say thank you to those members that have reached out.

We really do want to be your first point of call.

We know that lenders are experiencing huge amounts of calls in their call centres and sometimes are just hanging up on people, they’re just too inundated with the volume.

So please, pick up the phone, send us an email, send us a text, just reach out if you just want to have a chat, if you do need assistance, we’ll try to help where we can.

We’re here to arm you with the right knowledge and right questions to ask when you do approach your lender and what to get in writing from them, things like that.

You may have several different facilities across several different lenders, and another service that we’re really seeing on the rise, is clients sitting down with us (well not face-to-face yet anyway!) and workshopping different options to work out what the best scenario is for you personally.

So we’re just going to put together a few different snippets, and answer a few common questions.
